SENIOR en JUNIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANTS (Dutch-speaking)

Functie-omschrijving:
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle INFOmatch klanten. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor verleen je 1e lijns en 2e lijns ondersteuning op zowel functioneel als technisch vlak. In voorkomende gevallen werk je op locatie bij de klant voor het geven van trainingen of het opzetten van de database. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle kwalitatieve aspecten van de applicatie zoals het actueel houden van prijslijsten, documentatie, standaard rapportages en het testen van nieuwe software releases.

Functie-eisen:
• Relevant HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Interesse in internationale en financiële markten en IT
• Affiniteit met 1e en 2e lijns customer support
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
• Ervaring met het maken van queries
• Flexibel en accuraat
• Je kunt zelfstandig én in teamverband werken
